Why the CARBOROBOT?

The CARBOROBOT uses a unique, rotating-grate technology that is protected by a Hungarian patent. This technology provides substantial advantages over the delicate auger-based technology used in other boilers. The rotating-grate easily removes the cinder from the fire box even if the cinder sticks or fuses together. The CARBOROBOT boilers have been operating for many years now with poor quality fuels that have low caloric value. Wide variety of such fuels can be burnt in the CARBOROBOT which are otherwise forbidden in other boilers. Examples for such materials are the wood-bark brown pellets.

This excellent feature is enhanced by the active agitator and vibrator system located in the fuel container. This ensures that all kind of problematic materials are moved into the fire box.

Our company has 35 years of experience in the design and manufacture of the CARBOROBOT technology. This tradition is complemented with a 21st century microprocessor-controlled operating system. This is certainly an extra bonus for our customers.

Machine is capable of adequate performance, automatic operation and emission values only with described fuels in the User manual. The CARBOROBOT BIO boilers were developed especially for the burning of BIOmass fuels. Due to the different fuel spectrums with in certain countries through out Europe there are several distinct differences in the boiler construction depending on which market they are destined for. For the UK market the boilers are configured for the burning of wood pellets and compressed wood / logs only. Damage will occur to the boiler if the wrong fuel is used within a specified boiler leading to a void in any manufacturers warranty. For the Eastern European and Russian markets the CARBOROBOT boilers have been developed and altered for burning other BIOmass. Certain countries can specify boilers to burn fossil fuels. On the order the buyer must specify the requested fuel spectrum, and the production will be based on this information and to which country the boiler is destined for. Due to the boilers internal differences, it is imperative that the correct boiler is ordered.

 
CARBOROBOT boiler types

CARBOROBOT boilers are modern devices tested to European standard EN 303-5. They are suitable for multiple deployment to create heating centres of several megawatts of total heating capacity. Designed for sensor and motor driven automatic operation and CARBOROBOT boilers can function in unsupervised environments. The system is microprocessor controlled; remote monitoring and remote control is also implemented. The boilers can be installed in groups, hence large thermal power station can be impemented supplying up to even several MW of output power.

Due to the wide product range, large variety of applications are available such as heating a family house, schools, factories or public buildings. Destilleries exploit the benefit of the CARBOROBOT boilers, lot of places manufacture Hungarian palinka with our boilers

Heating plants

Heating plants - (District heating) based on CARBOROBOT boilers.

They are "intermediate-scale” biomass heating systems, sized from 100 to 1500 kW. They employ larger fuel storage bins and have more elaborate fuel feeding mechanisms.
They have:
•Dust collectors(cyclone) and induced draft fans.
•Fuel storage space with an automatic feeding system;
•Boiler fed by an automatic fuel feeding system;
•Control system with instrumentation
•Connections to the heating pipe network

 
Privat house heating

 

Private house heating - This low power boilers are able to heat Residential houses. There are types operating with the wide range biomass fulesl.
